Registration
We wish to make registration for this congress as economical as possible and to include the maximum possible benefits. For this reason, we have obtained a special price for the Gala Dinner Voice Party, which will be a time to learn and to combine Science and Art by singing or watching our fellow attendees sing.
And at the same time, we will all enjoy a moment of fun and an excellent dinner.
Standard Full Fee registration includes: Attendance to congress sessions. Hand pro-gramme. Opening ceremony. Lunch every day. Two coffee breaks every day. Congress bag.
Reduced Fee LIC Attendee registration includes: Attendance to congress sessions. Hand programme. Opening ceremony. Lunch every day. Two coffee breaks every day. Congress bag.
PEVoC Online Highlights registration includes: 6 lectures from the keynote speakers (6 hours), 3 lectures from Science & Art (3 hours) and 3 experiments in Singing with Science (1.5 hours).
The registration as a Companion includes lunch every day, coffee breaks, and the opening and closing ceremonies.
Standard Full Fee, Reduced Fee LIC Attendees and Companion registration includes the Welcome Cocktail at the Palacio de la Magdalena (Thursday, September 5).

Late registration
Registration made later than August 27th, 2024 will be considered as on-site registration. If you have made a late payments, please bring copy of the payment to the Conference Office Desk on arrival, in order to expect minor delays at the Conference Office Desk.
ON-SITE registration
Participants must register at the Conference Office Desk upon arrival at Santemar Hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration payments will be refunded as 50% of the payment if a written cancellation is received before 15th of June, 2024. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 15th of June, 2024.
ABSTRACT BOOK
There will be a digital edition in pdf that can be downloaded at any time. If you want a printed copy this can be ordered until Sunday, August 4th, 2024. The abstract book will be handed out at the Conference Front Desk.
